Straight answers.

A cycle opens on the 1st of each month. When you invest, your funds move from your available balance to your invested balance. When the cycle closes at the end of the month, the declared return is added and your full balance returns to available. You can then withdraw or reinvest into the next cycle.
Withdrawals are only processed after the cycle closes. During an active cycle, your invested balance is locked. Once the cycle closes, your full balance (including returns) moves to available and you can withdraw freely — or choose to reinvest.
Returns are not guaranteed. They depend on the trading performance for that cycle. We declare the target rate at the start and the actual rate at close. We are transparent about this. Always invest only what you can afford to leave in for a full cycle.
KYC (Know Your Customer) and FICA compliance are South African legal requirements for financial platforms. You'll need to upload a government-issued ID and a selfie. Our compliance team reviews these within 24–48 hours. You cannot invest until your KYC is approved.
Currently ZAR and USD. Your dashboard shows your balance in both, with live exchange rates. You can hold and invest in either currency, and withdraw in your preferred currency.
